The Council of Ministers today approved the swap of the former headquarters of the Ministry of Education on Avenida 5 de Outubro in Lisbon for two buildings belonging to Universidade Aberta in the Príncipe Real area.
Universidade Aberta will pay €5.8 million and hand over to the State the Palácio Seia building and the adjacent property on Rua da Imprensa Nacional in exchange for the building on Avenida 5 de Outubro where the Ministry of Education operated for years.
