Louise Bourrat leaves, André Lança Cordeiro enters: Boubou's restaurant in Lisbon opens a new chapter

French-Portuguese chef Louise Bourrat is leaving the kitchen at Boubou's. André Lança Cordeiro, who remains at Essencial, will also take over leadership of the restaurant located in Príncipe Real, Lisbon. A new contemporary French menu will be served in May.
