Press sector calls for implementation of the Action Plan for the Media: 'from literacy to distribution everything is stalled', says union
More than a year after the Action Plan for the Media was presented, the press sector is still waiting for the implementation of the main measures promised by the Government. Against a backdrop of intense pressure on newspapers' business model, unions, publishers and distributors share the same diagnosis: without execution, the plan does not address the structural weaknesses of the press sector.
