Seguro appeals to moderate voters and vows to be a "courageous" president
With the campaign entering its second week, António José Seguro, who remains well positioned in the polls, says that if he reaches Belém Palace he will be a courageous President of the Republic, but warns he will not be an “irresponsible” head of state.
