The PSD parliamentary leader stated this Friday that the Constitutional Court's decision, which requires the Prime Minister to disclose the clients of the company Spinumviva in his register of interests with the Transparency Entity, sets a “wrong precedent.” This position was defended by the PSD secretary-general on the sidelines of a visit to a fair.

The Constitutional Court rejected the complaint filed by the Prime Minister and upheld the decision requiring him to disclose the client list of the family company Spinumviva
Although the decision was made in a plenary session of judges, it was the President of the Constitutional Court, José João Abrantes, who decided to reject the appeal filed by Luís Montenegro to prevent the inclusion of Spinumviva clients in his register of interests and, thus, avoid it becoming public knowledge, it was revealed this Wednesday.

The president of Iniciativa Liberal, Mariana Leitão, said today that “there is, nor has there ever been, any complaint, report or allegation” of sexual harassment involving presidential candidate Cotrim Figueiredo.

The Socialist Party (PS) MP gave evidence as a witness at the trial in which Pedro Frazão is accused of defamation, stating that the association with the current coordinator of the Left Bloc was “evident”.

If Cotrim's candidacy weren't so strong, there probably wouldn't be an allegation of harassment.

Presidential candidate Jorge Pinto today said, regarding the harassment allegation against Cotrim Figueiredo, that the presumption of innocence should not be confused with the presumption of guilt of a potential victim, and stated that the complaint “is very serious”.
On the day of the Council of State, Jorge Pinto says it was a mistake for Marques Mendes and André Ventura to attend, given that they are candidates.

António Filipe said that, despite the Public Prosecutor's decision, an ethical problem persists because the prime minister engaged in other private activities that he should not have.
