"It was absolutely mind-blowing": What it was like to pilot the supersonic Concorde

“Most of the people on my street walked to the station with their briefcases, and I would get in the car to go to the airport to fly the Concorde to New York. It was an excitement and a thrill every day when I went to work,” says one of the captains who flew the aircraft before it was retired.
