Cascais opens its doors once again to new ideas to bring neighbourhoods to life

Cascais launches the second edition of the 'Reinvent Your Neighbourhood' programme, which challenges residents to create projects to improve the places where they live. Each initiative can receive up to 10,000 euros in funding.
