Interest rate for renegotiations and new housing loans falls to 2.85% in October

The average interest rate for new housing credit operations decreased again in October, marking the ninth consecutive month of decline to 2.85%. This variation was influenced solely by the drop in renegotiated contracts, according to the Bank of Portugal (BdP).
