Pinto Luz open to discussing Leça terminal, but Leixões plan "is to go ahead"

Matosinhos City Council opposes the construction of a new terminal in Leça. On the sidelines of the presentation of the new strategic plan for the port, the Minister for Infrastructure cannot guarantee that there will be any changes.
