Mome aims to bring new housing models to the country
Mome, a real estate manager based in Porto, intends to create new residential models in Portugal. Following the launch of the private cooperative project Pedras.coop in Gaia, currently under construction, the company has defined a strategy focused on developing emerging and replicable housing formats in partnership with other entities. According to founder and CEO Francisco Rocha Antunes, the goal is to provide the market with cooperative, co-living, and affordable housing developments. The company operates across the entire real estate value chain, from identifying opportunities to construction. Their strategy includes a partnership with the Belgian firm Revive to build 400 housing units in Porto, representing an investment of approximately 140 million euros, with a focus on sustainability and B Corp certification standards.
