The president of the Coordination and Regional Development Commission of the Centre (CCDR-Centro) rejects the idea that there are delays in allocating aid to people whose homes were damaged by the storms. However, Ribau Esteves admits to some slowness in these types of processes and states that there are no blockages, just the natural pace of things.
