Lack of collection on Christmas Eve leaves Lisbon streets piled with rubbish

Waste collection will only take place from 06:00 on 26 December, so refuse is piling up in Lisbon's streets, made worse by the fact that, amid Christmas celebrations, the amount of waste has increased considerably.
