Ingrid leaves half the country under snow and in teeth-chattering cold

After days of rain, Ingrid worsens the instability: from Thursday there will be hail and thunderstorms, winds of 80–100 km/h, waves up to 15 metres, and the country could see a historically heavy snowfall.
