The Portuguese MotoGP Grand Prix, originally scheduled for 15 November, has been postponed to 22 November to accommodate a new date for the Qatar GP on the calendar, which was also postponed due to the war in Iran, it was announced today.
The Formula 1 Grand Prix will return to Portugal in 2027 and 2028, with races scheduled at the Portimão circuit (Autódromo Internacional do Algarve). The circuit previously hosted F1 events in 2020 and 2021. This renewal of the race confirms Portugal's continued presence on the F1 calendar for these two years.
