Nuno Melo holds Paulo Rangel responsible for six-month delay in contributions to the Strategic Defence Concept
The Minister of Defence stated in Parliament that he sent the document to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in September and is still awaiting contributions from Paulo Rangel's ministry. The content of the National Strategic Defence Concept is outdated: it should have been reviewed three years ago and still considers Russia a 'partner'.
