Freight forwarders warn of "logistical chaos" at Leixões as exports suspended
The Portuguese Association of Freight Forwarders (APAT) warned today of 'logistical chaos' at the port of Leixões caused by a new customs system, after concessionaire Yilport halted acceptance of containers for export and freight forwarders requested transitional measures.
