This year, the two semi-finals and the final of the contest, scheduled for 21 and 28 February and 7 March respectively, will take place at the Valentim de Carvalho studios in Paço de Arcos.
The performers, who in most cases are also the songwriters, and the songs were unveiled this Thursday in the early afternoon. The festival takes place between February and March.
The audience will accommodate around 500 people, and those interested will be able to register their interest in attending the Festival da Canção from 1 February.
