African collection of the Lisbon Geographical Society is at risk, accuses former director: “There is no one looking after the objects”

The dismantling of the display cases protecting African ethnographic pieces is worrying the former director of the institution's museum, located in the heart of Lisbon. Manuela Cantinho told Expresso that she is “extremely worried” about the fate and preservation of pieces that are unique in the country and rare worldwide.
