Bravura dam in the Algarve at historic 82% capacity, says APA

The Bravura dam, in the municipality of Lagos in the Faro district, is at 82% of its capacity — a historic level according to the president of the Portuguese Environment Agency (APA), who noted that over the past decade it has hovered around 12%.
