Azores and Madeira: Government extends suspension of debt-certificate requirement for mobility allowance by two months

The Portuguese government has extended, for two months, the suspension of the obligation to present debt certificates when applying for or using the mobility allowance in the Azores and Madeira, temporarily making it easier for residents to access the benefit.
