NOS reiterates that it “has been compensating and will continue to proactively compensate its customers for the days of service unavailability.”

Meo, Nos, and Vodafone will deduct from next month's bill the days that customers in the affected municipalities were unable to make calls or use the internet due to the passage of the Kristin depression, in accordance with the law. A week later, there are areas where network restoration has not yet been completed.
