Once a cooperative, now a library: Barcarena has a new space where culture is 'mother'

In the parish of Barcarena, in Oeiras, the former cooperative A Familiar — known locally as 'the mother' — has been converted into a municipal library (the fourth in the municipality) and a cultural centre.
