Faces, tongues, samos and bones: in Ílhavo, cod is the king of the gastronomic festival
In Ílhavo, the traditional Gastronomy Festival at Sea runs until December 8. 16 restaurants serve dishes and snacks inspired by recipes prepared by fishermen on cod boats, using the less noble parts of the faithful friend, such as faces, tongues, samos, and bones.
