Sana begins construction at Quartel da Graça, Government requests legal analysis of the concession

The government has requested a “specialised legal opinion” regarding the concession of the Quartel da Graça to Sana. The São Vicente Parish Council admits it may sue the State to halt the development of a hotel in this building.
