Law barring teachers from returning to the Caixa Geral de Aposentações is set to be struck down

The Public Prosecutor's Office has asked the judges of the Constitutional Court to permanently remove provisions that have already been declared unconstitutional several times. Not even judicial rulings have compelled the CGA to repay money.
