Mendes says 'winning or losing is democracy' and criticises Cotrim again
Presidential candidate Marques Mendes today reiterated his criticisms of Cotrim Figueiredo, accusing him of being an example of 'immaturity and lack of preparation', and, five days before the elections, said that 'winning or losing is democracy'.
