Blue Monday 2026: the "saddest day of the year" arrives with cold and cloudy skies in Portugal
The third Monday of January is known as Blue Monday, despite having no scientific basis. This year it coincides with a day marked by cloudy conditions, frosts and low temperatures across several regions of the country.
