Durão Barroso appointed president of the Luso-American Foundation for Development
Former Prime Minister and President of the European Commission José Manuel Durão Barroso will replace Nuno Morais Sarmento as president of the Luso-American Foundation for Development (FLAD), according to an order signed on Monday by the head of government.
