Built to Rent in Porto: “It is a first step and the format will soon be replicated in other locations”

A pioneering Built to Rent project in the country is set to be built in Porto. The Jardins do Oriente development is the result of a partnership between the City Council and Ageas Portugal, featuring 124 homes intended for affordable rental.
