The Hospital de Santa Maria has ruled out the possibility of a stroke for the Minister of Finance, who was admitted at 8:30 this Wednesday feeling unwell. Joaquim Miranda Sarmento, 47, missed a conference at the Bank of Fomento and remains under medical observation.
