The Ministry of Defence has reached an agreement with the Independent Doctors' Union (SIM) regarding career progression for healthcare professionals at the Armed Forces Hospital (HFAR). “We are sending a signal to those who serve the military personnel who serve the country and deserve a stable, valued, and recognised professional path,” says Nuno Melo.
