The Marés Vivas festival will no longer take place in Vila Nova de Gaia, announced the mayor, Luís Filipe Menezes, who voiced strong criticism of the organisers. According to Jornal de Notícias, promoter PEV Entertainment has reached an agreement with Matosinhos City Council to stage the event in that city.
