Ten new Portuguese restaurants were awarded their first Michelin star this Tuesday, and another gained a second. Portugal has yet to achieve its first three-star restaurant. The Michelin Guide Portugal 2026 Gala took place at the Savoy Palace Hotel in Madeira.
