The Portuguese company Bondalti has secured the first support from a major shareholder in the takeover bid it launched for the Spanish firm Ercros, with the acceptance period ending at the end of this week, March 13. The French fund Oddo BHF, which controls 4.9% of the Spanish giant, confirmed it will sell its stake.
