The gardens of the official residences will open to the public on April 25th, but in different ways. Montenegro will have lunch with Ruy de Carvalho and pay tribute to the nearly centenarian actor; Seguro's programme includes a concert by Agir and Paulo de Carvalho, poetic performances, and a conversation with 25 young people about “Freedom, Democracy and the Future”.
