The Minister of Environment and Energy, Maria da Graça Carvalho, states that the most important aspect of the final report on the blackout, released this Friday by the expert group, is that none of the causes have anything to do with Portugal. Regarding the determination of responsibilities for the allocation of compensation, she now leaves the matter to the regulator.
