Bankinter Portugal has granted 175 million euros in home loans backed by a state guarantee. The bank's management expects to exhaust its full 60-million-euro quota by the end of the year. The state guarantee, available for young people up to 35 years old, allows for up to 100% financing of the property value. Additionally, the bank aims to become the sixth-largest in Portugal by business volume within five years, focusing on organic growth in corporate and mortgage lending.
