The Spanish Masaveu family has once again strengthened its position in EDP by acquiring 1,043,305 shares for 4.4 million euros, according to a statement released on the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) website. The shares were acquired between March 20 and 24 by the company Masaveu Internacional, S.L., which is controlled by the family.
