The case concerns TC rulings from February 19 and March 12, which rejected the Prime Minister's appeal to prevent the inclusion of clients of his family company, Spinumviva, in his mandatory declarations. The EpT added that this conduct will extend to all similar cases, though it did not specify the number. Reports suggest five other ministers may be required to disclose client lists, though the law allows officials to object to disclosure by citing third-party interests or privacy concerns, which would suspend publication pending a final decision.
