French citizen Cédric Prizzon, 42, who is in pre-trial detention for the suspected murder of his last two partners and the abduction of his two children in France, has allegedly mistreated his 18-month-old daughter. The Vila Nova de Foz Côa Court found strong evidence of eight crimes, including domestic violence against the toddler. The court also suspended his parental responsibilities and prohibited him from contacting his children. Prizzon is also accused of the murders and desecration of the bodies of Audrey Cavalier and Angela Cadillac, as well as document forgery and illegal possession of a weapon.
