The Competition Court has confirmed the 3.092 million euro fine imposed by the Competition Authority (AdC) on the multinational technology consulting group Inetum for anti-competitive practices in the labour market, the regulatory body announced in a statement. This is the first judicial confirmation in Portugal of a sanction for anti-competitive practices in the market.
