Three months after the low-pressure system Kristin hit Portugal, approximately 20,000 fixed-line connections remain down. The National Communications Authority (Anacom) reports that operators are still working to restore services, with customers facing issues such as long repair delays, billing disputes, and poor communication from service providers. The storm caused massive infrastructure damage, initially affecting over 200,000 fixed lines and 300,000 mobile users.
