Global Media Group has concluded the sale of its shareholdings in Notícias Ilimitadas and Rádio Notícias, which own titles such as JN, the sports newspaper O Jogo, and TSF. Following the transaction, Verbos Imaculados now holds 100% ownership of these companies, which also include magazines such as Evasões, Volta ao Mundo, and Notícias Magazine. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
