Lusíadas Saúde has officially entered the geriatrics sector by acquiring a majority stake in the Portuguese company Hug from Ó Capital. The group of private clinics and hospitals purchased the elderly care business previously owned by entrepreneur Sara do Ó to launch a portfolio specialised in home care.
