Following suspicions of alleged abuse by a father against his minor daughter, child protection proceedings were initiated. The Coimbra Court heard testimony from a technician from the Technical Support and Monitoring Service, who had consulted with a Judicial Police inspector; the inspector stated that no evidence of abuse had been found. The Court decided to establish the child's residence with her father.
