Law firms Linklaters, Pérez-Llorca and Uría Menéndez advised on the sale of the luxury Penha Longa resort in Sintra to L Catterton, an investment vehicle backed by the French luxury group LVMH, which owns brands such as Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior, in partnership with Cedar Capital Partners.
