Aldi is starting a recruitment campaign this Thursday, 9 April, to strengthen its store teams in the Algarve for the summer months. The campaign slogan is 'Work a half-shift and earn the whole summer'. According to the retailer, there are vacancies in several locations across the region, including Alcantarilha, Tavira, Portimão, Lagos, Olhão, Lagoa, Albufeira, Vale de Parra, Altura, and Vila Real de Santo António. The opportunities are for part-time roles with shifts between 4 pm and 8 pm or 8 pm and midnight. Aldi's Open Days will be held in partnership with local employment services, starting this Thursday in Quarteira, followed by sessions in Altura, Vila Real de Santo António, Tavira, Lagos, Portimão, Lagoa, Albufeira, Vale de Parra, and Olhão throughout April. Aldi has doubled its number of stores in the country over the last five years.
