In the village of Cabaços, in the municipality of Alvaiázere, business owners are trying to save equipment and prevent water ingress after roofs and façades were destroyed. One of those affected tells CNN Portugal reporter Miguel Fernandes that the cumulative impact of the storm has been “a very big struggle” to be able to resume operations.
