The entry of the Italian group MFE into Impresa is starting to become visible in the group's organisational chart. At the end of last week, the group led by Francisco Pedro Balsemão announced that Teresa Gonçalves will be the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Impresa, replacing Paulo Reis, who is stepping down after more than 16 years with the group.
