The coming days in mainland Portugal will bring heavy rain and snow to places that don't usually see snow. This scenario is forecast due to depression Ingrid, which will cross the country — first over the north, then across the rest of the country, according to meteorologist Pedro Sousa of the Portuguese Institute for the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA).
